Shipping Fees
We have three fixed shipping fees, which is based on postal areas, it covers any item/s up to 20kg, for very small and light weight items we will not charge the full shipping fee, as these items can be posted via recorded Royal Mail delivery, charges for such small items are £4.00 to £6.00 (For U.K. Inland Only) for Europe it may be a bit more expensive.

UK Inland: £10.00
UK Outer: (Highlands of Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands ): £18.00
Europe 1: (Republic Of Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Germany): £25.00
Europe 2: (Italy, Portugal, Spain): £32.00
Europe 3: (Austria, Finland, Hungary, Norway, Poland): £32.00
Shipping Fee to United States Of America (U.S.A.) Please contact us for shipping fee, shipping fee to USA will be calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel.
(All the above fees are based on a parcel between 0.5Kg to 20Kg, if any light weight item ordered, it will get posted via Royal Mail and the charge for that would be much lower than the above mentioned prices).
Shipping
Orders would be send out by our transport company the same day if the order is received before 1pm, if the products are available in stock, or alternatively it will be send out the next working day. If any of the parts or accessories ordered is not in stock in our store or our warehouse, we will e-mail you or call you to notify you of any delays, then we will do our best to get the requested items in as soon as possible, in most cases non stock items will be send out to you less than a week.
Returned items
All parts and accessories should be in it’s own original condition and packaging and accessories. Please call us on: 020.8311 999 to obtain a return reference number, as with out of RRN, we can’t accept any returns. We will issue a credit note for the returned products, which then can be used against your next order from us.
Helmet Sale
Please note that as helmets are head protection device, we can not accept in no circumstances for any helmet to be returned. (To find out the correct size of helmet for you, you would need to measure around your forehead and please kindly let us know the measurements so that we can let you know which size of the helmet will be the correct one to order).
Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund before goods shipped out, if after then they would be fully entitled for a credit note for the full amount, excluding outwards shipping fee and shipping fee for the return of the products back to us, on any mail order purchase.
To cancel, the Purchaser must send for the original or copy invoice along with full written reasons for return, such written reasons and invoice to be received by the Company within seven days of the Purchaser receiving the said goods or products.
Cancellation of special orders, our company shall be entitled to full indemnity for all costs, losses and expenses incurred upon the purchaser cancelling any special order.
Special orders accepted by the company may not be cancelled by the purchaser without the company’s prior written consent and in the event of such consent being given, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as a condition there of.
